Persons with Disabilities

It is the policy of the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities (FCIC) to comply fully with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and all other federal and state laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination and assuring accessibility on the basis of disability. No qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of services, programs, or activities of FCIC, or be subjected to discrimination or lack of access by FCIC, as provided by law. FCIC is committed to ensuring equal access to information for all of its constituencies, including high-profile and public events and information provided on the FCIC website. FCIC acknowledges its obligation to assure that its electronic media, web sites and events satisfy all applicable legal and regulatory requirements for accessibility by persons with disabilities.
